David Aizenberg 2c5116570f Add Vito W638 field manual scrap 
A long illustrated reference for the 1999 Vito 2.2 CDI: inline SVG
diagrams, Commons photos, and source-labelled data. Scraps can opt in
to the new field-manual stylesheet with Field_manual: true.
